EZ Messenger Vendors-Entering Attempts

How to enter attempts on the web portal for Out-of-Network Vendors

All In-Network vendors are required to enter attempts via the EZM Mobile App. The ability to enter attempts/serves on the EZM Portal is limited to Out-of Network vendors.

  1. Log onto the EZ Messenger web portal and click Account. Not sure how to log in? Click here for instructions.

  2. Go to "View Inventory" on the left side of the web portal.

 3. Locate the job  you wish to enter in an attempt/serve information for. And click the purple pencil icon to the far right.

You should be redirected to a page that looks similar to the below

8. For the Attempt, Bad Address, and Problem options you will need to enter in the date, time and attempt note.  Once your information is entered click the "Next" button.  **Please be advise if submitting as a Problem or Bad Address, the job will automatically be removed from your inventory once attempt is submitted.

9. To complete, you will review your information you have inputted. If you need to correct, use the "Prev" button on the lower right side of the page. If all information is correct, click the "Finish" button.
