EZ Messenger Vendors- Change Subserver

How to assign/change a job to a subserver on the EZM Portal

For vendor companies who have subservers, the need to assign a job to them prior to service is important to ensure that the vendor's efforts are being recorded accurately. 

  1. Log onto the EZ Messenger web portal and click Account. Not sure how to log in? Click here for instructions. 

  2. Go to "View Inventory" on the left side of the web portal. 

 3. Once on the inventory screen, locate the job you wish to assign/change the subserver for. Go to the far right, and under the Subserver column there will be a subserver listed in blue. Click the current name listed.

Once clicked you will see other subservers listed that are under your main profile. Click the one you wish to change it to. 

4. Once you choose the  new subserver, page should update and reflect the change.
