How to use the audio feature on the EZM Mobile App
Recording audio of your serves or attempts can provide additional support if you ever need to go back and see what occurred or what was said on an attempt. The record feature is available for Android and iOS while using the EZM Mobile App.

Click the record icon towards the bottom of the attempt screen. If your microphone permissions are off you will need to go to your settings and turn them on to use the recording feature.

2. Click the record icon to start recording. Click the Stop button to stop recording.

3. Once you click the Stop icon you will see a green thumbs up mark. You can listen to your recording before proceeding by clicking the play icon. Once ready click the green thumbs up mark to accept the recording.

4. Once you click the thumbs up you will notice there is a time stamp below "Record Audio" that states the length of your audio recording. You also have the option to delete the recording by clicking the trash can icon.
Recording Tips
We recommend setting your screen lock time to 5 minutes or longer, or turn that feature off when using the record option. If the screen locks it will stop recording.
