How to update your information on the web portal
Log onto the EZ Messenger web portal and click Account. Not sure how to log in? Click here for instructions.
You will need to verify your account, for instructions or information on how to verify, click here.
Once in your Account, the first tab, "Profile" will show your profile information. Fields below "My Capacity" is your current contact information.

4. Click on each section to edit, and once done, click the check mark icon to save. **If your mailing address and physical address are the same, you can click the box next to "Mailing address same as physical address?" to set them both as the same address.

***If you are updating your address, please note that you do need to complete and submit a new W9. Please contact Vendor Support to receive a blank W9 form if needed.
