EZ Messenger Vendors- Maximizing Your Attempts
You're making attempts--what is the best way to maximize your efforts?
While attempting your jobs out in the field you want to make sure you are making your attempts count. Below are some items to think about when attempting your jobs:
Making sure you are on track to meeting diligence per Service Vendor Expectations
Staying organized, making sure I have the correct documents and Field Sheet
Making sure that if I have a Problem or Bad Address job I am submitting it correctly. Keeping a job out in the field when it should be submitted as one of the above can cause unnecessary exceptions
Double checking the job number, recipient, and notes before submitting your attempt/serve to ensure you are entering information for the correct job.
Making sure my mobile app is up-to date (Check if your automatic updates are on, if not, turn them on so you don't miss an update)
Checking for failed attempts in my Attempt Queue (Failed attempts can be resubmitted, click here to find out how!)
