How to change my capacity and get more or less work

You can increase or decrease your chosen capacity via the web portal. Benefits of decreasing may be due to being overwhelmed or wanting to catch up on work. With your chosen capacity number, work will not be assigned beyond your chosen capacity, or your EZM determined capacity, whichever comes first. 

Here is how to change your chosen capacity:

  1. Log onto the EZ Messenger web portal and click Account. Not sure how to log in? Click here for instructions. 

  2. You will need to verify your account, for instructions or information on how to verify, click here

4. Once in your Account, the first tab, "Profile" will show your profile information. Click the current number listed next to "My Capacity" to edit. 


5. Once you have entered the new value, click the check mark to save.
