Some frequently asked questions about EZ Knock LITE Version 1.0

Question: Where do I go to setup a profile?
Answer: Your EZ Messenger profile has been automatically copied over, no need to setup another profile in Version 1.0. Version 1.1 will have some additional features for you later in February. 

Question: How do Clients(EZ Knock Buyers) select me?
Answer: Right now Clients(EZ Knock Buyers) are connected with you(EZ Knock Sellers) based on tenure, whoever has worked a given zip code the longest will get the work. However, that will change in Version 1.1 coming in February. 

Question: How do I get the work from EZ Knock?
Answer: With Version 1.0 through Versions 1.2 work will come via your normal interaction with the EZ Messenger system. The client name will be indicated as EZ Knock. You will see some design changes with Version 1.2 and additional features. 

Question: Can I limit the work I get from EZ Knock?
Answer: No, currently you cannot limit the work you get from EZ Knock directly. You can Opt Out of zip codes and Opt In again which may put someone else as more tenure in the zip code, that removes your work from EZ Knock entirely. You can also reject jobs as is the case with any work at EZ Messenger. 

Question: Does it cost me anything and do I get paid any differently?
Answer: No, it doesn't cost you anything and your pay schedules remain the same with your other EZ Messenger work. We hope to offer some exciting payment upgrades in Version 1.1 or Version 1.1 of EZ Knock. 

Question: Will EZ Knock be beneficial to me?
Answer: Over time EZ Knock will be beneficial to every process server(EZ Knock Seller). In Version 1.0 you may see very little work from EZ Knock if you are competing for business in a zip code with more tenured vendors.
