You can download the current version of our Procedure Template from the link below, then click the 3 dots on the top right side to save a copy that you can edit.

If you choose to create your own Procedure from this template please read the description in each section then replace the text and add/ remove sections as needed. Once you complete your Procedure please provide it to Compliance for review of formatting and content.

Alternatively, Compliance will be happy to help prep your Procedure in the appropriate format if you provide complete information.

Whichever way you choose to have your Procedure created, it will subsequently become part of the compliance library. It will then be posted and made available as part of our web based help content in the appropriate section(s) and made accessible to the appropriate audience(s).
