How to Upload documents or Single Affidavits on the EZM Portal

Whether its CAD information, a consent form, a single affidavit,  or any other important document needed for a job, here is how to upload it directly to the job.

In order to upload a document to the job, the job must still be in your inventory. If job is no longer in your inventory you will not be able to upload using this tool.

Access EZ Messenger Portal and Click ‘Single Aff Upload’:

Enter the job number:

You have the choice to either drag and drop the affidavit to the job in the area titled “Drop files here or click to choose”, or click in the area titled “Drop files here or click to choose” and select the affidavit from your files:

Click ‘Upload Files’

File to be uploaded appears in the area that was titled “Drop files here or click to choose”. **If an affidavit, file MUST be a .pdf file. Any other formats will be rejected. 

Confirmation of the upload will appear:

You will then see it in the box under the "Scans" tab as "ATTACHED BY SERVER":
