EZ Messenger Vendors - Direct Deposit

How do I setup ACH direct deposit?

1. Log onto the EZ Messenger web portal and click Account. Not sure how to log in? Click here for instructions. 

2. Make sure you are using google chrome and a desktop computer. If you try to use any other browser or platformed device, it will not work correctly.

3. The top right corner of the page there is a drop down. Click the drop down and select account. 

5. You will need to verify your account, for instructions or information on how to verify, click here.
6. At the very top you will select the ACH bank info tab. Once you make this selection you will select add bank.

7. You will then be prompted to enter routing and account numbers in the selected fields. Also, you will have the option between if your account is a checking or savings account. Make sure you make the correct selection, or it could potentially cause a delay in funds being transferred to your account.

8. Once you have entered all fields, click submit. Often you will have to submit this data twice before it will take the information. 

9. If the information took correctly you will have Bank name and account number and will say verified next to it.
