How do I clear cache/data on my mobile device?

1. The More tab on the very bottom right of the mobile application is where you will find a selection to clear cache. 

2. Once you select clear cache you will need to confirm by selecting "Clear".(Android Users, your screen may appear differently)

3. You may ask what does this do for me? This will clear stored temporary photos  from the device. You can think of the mobile app as a PC with a hard drive. If you don't clear the cache and log out for a prolong period of time it will eventually runs slow like a computer with no memory. We recommend clearing data every few days for best optimization and performance of the mobile app. If you find the app responding slow or running sluggish you can bet it's time to clear your data! 

4. When a vendor logs out of the mobile app out it clears all attempts and serves. Please keep in mind if you have any attempts in your attempt queue that show as failed  they need to be resubmitted again before closing out the app. If you do not do this you will lose that information.
