ORGANIZATION – Investing time vs. wasting time
As a process server we often think if we’re not running in the field we’re not working. Investing time in organizing your workspace and developing systems to support your efforts in the field will pay off by saving you time and making your time in the field more efficient.
Clutter free work space – reliable printer/scanner
Your vehicle is your office on the road – Do you have a system for keeping your jobs organized and easily accessible while you are running your route.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL – Always check... never assume
Review all paperwork
Service Packs - missing pages, correct documents, citation matches petition, etc.
Field Sheet -Review for details on appropriate execution, deadlines, client requirements, state requirements and more. Note any communications on the web portal, emails, texts, chats

TOOLS TO ASSIST YOU IN MANAGING YOUR INVENTORY
Packing List Report - This report is an invaluable tool in assisting you in managing your inventory. The report is located on the web portal in the “view inventory” tab. You will see “Download Packing List” under My Inventory at the top of the page.
Review the Report - The report should be reviewed at least once a week. It provides a way for you to review all of you inventory and displays important information regarding recent attempts, affidavits needed, etc. You may see jobs that are still listed in your inventory that should have been resolved and may require generating a communication to the Vendor Support Team.
