Changing Your Password
Please follow these steps to change your password and avoid losing attempt data in the mobile app.
Visit the vendor portal and attempt to log in.
Once prompted, reset your password.
Click the link provided in the email sent to you.
Submit all outstanding attempts in the mobile app.
After all attempts are submitted, log out of the mobile app. (Warning: all data will be cleared.)
Log back into the mobile app using your new password.
