EZ Messenger Vendors - E-Signature Card Instructions

A signed and notarized signature card is required to allow e signature capabilities for vendors. The vendor signature image will be captured via signature card, which is in a separate article you can access by clicking the button below.

***In order for your E Signature card to be processed and added to your account, please ensure ALL steps below are completed:

• The signature must be signed in BLUE ink.

• Write your signature within the box as indicated on the signature card.

• Signature card requires a notary to witness the signers signature and verify the signer’s identity using government issued verification.

• Scan a copy of the signed and notarized e signature card and email it to vendorrecruiting@ezmessenger.com , your card cannot be processed without completing this step!

The last step is to mail the original signed and notarized E Signature document to the below address:
