Error Messages

Did you receive an error message when trying to e sign?

You may have an infeasible flag if you received an error message advising "Error Generating document...." Reach out to your Relationship Manager via chat or email to assist in resolving.

Other error messages can be due to the job not being closed properly, or other missing information.

9. Once you have reviewed that all is correct as is, please close the affidavit.

10. Another pop-up message will appear asking you to Approve the affidavit if correct.

**If not correct, please click Cancel and contact your relationship manager for any corrections needed.

Once you click Approve the affidavit will be digitally signed with the signature you submitted on your E-Signature card. E-Signed affidavits do not have to be printed or mailed in.  After signing, the affidavit is transmitted to EZM, for filing and the affidavit will no longer show on your list to complete. Your e-signature will be in blue and look like the below example, on the affidavit that is transmitted to EZM.
