Information to help you know if you need to mail an affidavit or if a digital copy can be uploaded for Texas jobs. 

Please review the below tables below. The courts in the left column require originals to be mailed back to a Ez Messenger office and this includes non-service.All courts in the right column allows E-Filing so a digital copy is allowed per the courts.

The court can be found on the first page of the work order under Court Information.
