EZ Messenger Vendors - MFA

Multi-Factor Authentication has been enabled as additional security for your login and certain features on your account

This security feature has been added to your login process and accessing your account for your protection.

Logging In

Log in as you normally would, then you will be prompted to request a code via text message to the cell number we have on file for you.

Click "Send Code", and the page will refresh to have you enter in the code sent. If you did not receive the code, you can click "Try Again" to send another.

Important Note: Multi-Factor Authentication will not be required the next time you log in on the same device or same IP address. If you log in on a different device or IP address you will need to take the above steps.

Accessing your Account/ E-Sign Affidavits

When accessing your account to electronically sign returns, modify coverage area, update bank info, etc you will also take the steps above to receive a code. Multi-Factor Authentication is required each time you access your account or or electronically sign returns.
