How to print Affidavits
Step By Step instruction on how to print out Affidavits
Log into our web portal at www.ezmessenger.com Not sure how to log in? Click HERE.
Click Reports towards the bottom of the left side panel:

Then click Affidavits Outstanding:

3. Click the boxes to the left of each job then hit the Green Button that says Print Selected Affidavits.
4. After you hit that button it will bring up all your affidavits to print. Press the Printer Icon in the upper right hand side of screen
Error Messages
Did you receive an error message when trying to print?
You may have an infeasible flag if you received an error message advising "Error Generating document...." Reach out to your Relationship Manager via chat or email to assist in resolving.
Other error messages can be due to the job not being closed properly, or other missing information.
5. Once you print all your Affidavits make sure to review them to make sure all information is true and accurate. Then you will need to complete the bottom of the Affidavit along with your signature (in front of notary if needed).
Please note that an affidavit may not be ready for printing until 48 hours after the job was closed as served or non-served. If you find that the 48 hours has passed and you do not have an affidavit available please contact vendor support.

6. Don't forget to update your affidavit status if mailing!
