How to Update Affidavit Status
Go to www.ezmessenger.com
Click login at the top of the page and enter your credentials.
Once you are logged on click on reports, then select affidavits outstanding.
4. Once you have clicked affidavits outstanding you will see all outstanding affidavits that need to be signed and returned to EZ Messenger.
5. Select all affidavits by clicking the box next to job #. Upon doing so it will place a check mark in every box.
6. Click the blue UPDATE SELECTED AFFIDAVIT STATUS
7. Once you have click this button you have two options.
a. Affidavit mailed to EZM office- This will be used if you are mailing affidavits to an EZ Messenger branch office. If an original affidavit is required, please mail to: 9210 S. Western Ave Suite A3, Oklahoma City, OK 73139
b. Affidavit will be hand delivered to the EZM office within 48 hours.
8. Using this feature will reduce your exceptions positively impacting your capacity. If you select the mail option, we will allow 5 days for mail time. We allow 2 days for receipt of delivery to an EZM office.
