EZ Messenger Vendors - Accept Jobs

How to accept a job

How do I accept a job?

  1. Log into our web portal at www.ezmessenger.com.

  2. . Two locations to accept new jobs:

a. By clicking the blue tab that says accept jobs on the home page or

b. By Clicking purchase order on left side of the page, then a drop down will populate to accept jobs.

3. If you notice the number next to the column, that is the current number of jobs available to accept. I recommend not accepting more than 5 jobs at a time.

4.Once you have clicked accept jobs, you will then be prompted to the accept job screen.

5.You will select the top 5 jobs by clicking in the top 5 boxes. (If you click the box next jobnum it will select all jobs at once.) If you choose to do one job at a time that is okay as well.

6. Once you click accept selected jobs by clicking the blue accept selected button. It will then prompt you to an agreement screen, that says the following:

  • Accepting the selected jobs with their corresponding purchase order amount.

  • You agree to review and abide by the client instructions and special instructions contained on the EZ Messenger work order.

  • You agree to provide lawful, diligent efforts to effect service, while observing any due dates or hearing dates contained on the EZ Messenger work order.

  • You agree to review the documents carefully prior to attempting service of process and to report any discrepancies. Click HERE on what you should check for.

  • Accepting these jobs also acknowledges your understanding of client and state service rules as listed on the work order attached to the service documents.

If you have questions or concerns please contact Vendor Support at 844.425.8668 or vendor.support@ezmessenger.com .

12. If you agree to all the terms, click "Okay".

13.After you accept the job(s) you will then be prompted to print all the accepted jobs.

If you notice 5 of 6 jobs moved to the top. These are jobs you just checked off, now you just need to print these 5 jobs off.

14. To print a job click the paper icon on the far right side of the job. You can only print one job at a time.

15.Once you click the paper icon you will then be taken into the scans page.

16.Click service pack, these will be the documents for service. It will automatically print your field sheet with active address with all detailed client rules and state rules. (FYI, there may be a photo of the defendant available, so you will need to stay alert for one of those files as well and print with your service pack. For some clients, confidentiality of the photo may be required. Please reach out to your relationship manager if you have any questions about confidentiality of the photo.) The PSAR (Process Server Awareness Report) may also be listed in the scans list. Only the Service Pack and the PSAR documents should be printed from the scans.

17.  Once you click the service pack it will then open up another browser tab to print off the new job. It is recommended you keep the browser tab with service pack open for at least 30 seconds after clicking print so system can acknowledge you have printed.

18. Once you are finished printing that job, close browser tab with service pack. Also close browser tab that shows the Scans page. You should be left with the original browser tab that advised you to print. The job you just printed should now have a green check mark next to it showing that you have successfully accepted and printed the job. Job Status should show Incomplete now.
