Affidavits should be received within 2 days of service from jobs originating from an eFile court. All other affidavits should be received within 5 days of service for 95% of the time. Hint Vendors working in states where there is predominant e-filing activity will want to make full usage of EZM E-signing on the Vendor Portal. In other instances, utilizing Update Affidavit Status, will assist in vendors meeting this.

Attempting 30% or more of job assignments daily. Hint If you have 10 jobs assigned to you, you should be attempting at least 3 of those jobs every day. EZM’s Cluster Assignment Process should keep this within reach for the Vendor.

Insure job assignments are not left unresolved for longer than 21 days from the date of initial assignment. Hint Proactive use of EZM’s Exceptions tool from the Vendor Portal will play the biggest factor in keeping this in check. Remember, Jobs appearing in your Exceptions can be there for various reasons. Vendors getting in the habit of checking this on a routine basis will make this achievable. Vendors should be encouraged to reach out on jobs that appear in Exceptions if you have any questions or comments if after reviewing what is needed.
