Attempt Queue

How to resubmit a failed attempt on the EZM Mobile App

The attempt queue stores all attempts, completions, bad addresses, and problem
jobs. This queue more importantly stores any data that was not transmitted due to:

  • poor cellular service

  • connection errors

  • Job is no longer in your open inventory due to Automation

These errors will come through but will not say submitted. You will need to resubmit these jobs at later time when you have cellular or WiFi service, or check your messages for automation notices about job being place on picker or removed.

Below image shows a red number next to "Attempts", this means there is one failed entry. The red arrows shown on the image show where you you should see your Attempt queue and where the job shows as failed in red.

Resubmitting your entry

You have two ways to resubmit:

  1. You can click the three dots, or down arrow to the right of the job(shown by the blue arrow in below image) and then click Submit.

2. You can click on the failed entry in your Attempt Queue to see additional details of your failed entry, and click the arrow at the top right corner then choose "Yes, submit now".

Once all "Failed" attempts have been resubmitted successfully, it will show as submitted. And you will no longer have a red bubble next to the Attempt Queue icon.

Did you know....

It is recommended vendors log out and back in on the app every couple of weeks to help the app from caching a large amount of data. If you log out of the app the attempt queue gets cleared, so always check for failed attempts before logging out of the app.
