How to reject a job on the EZM portal

What if I need to reject a job for a certain reason?

When going to Accept Jobs on the portal you have the option to accept jobs or reject jobs. (Please keep in mind that you can only accept  or reject all jobs if in a batch, you cannot reject a select number of jobs in a batch)

Click the boxes of all the jobs you are wanting to reject, then click the Reject Selected jobs to proceed. 

When rejecting a job, you will have three reasons to choose from for why you are rejecting the job.

Vacation Rejection

If you choose this reason for rejecting the selected jobs your account will be placed on hold. This will prevent any new assignments to be assigned to whilst on vacation. You will need to contact Vendor Support when you return to remove the hold on your account. 

Overwhelmed Rejection

If you choose this reason do to you being overwhelmed with work, please be advised that you will need to enter in your new capacity in the fill in box shown below.

Your new capacity must be less than or equal to your current inventory. 

Area/Pay Rejection

Choosing this option for a job that is out of your area, or you are not interested for handling papers in this zip code for the amount listed will opt you out of the zip code once you click OK. 

The page will update listing which jobs were rejected and that your coverage was updated if you chose Area/Pay for a rejection reason.
