EZ Messenger Vendors - Pick Jobs
How to use the Available Jobs Picker
Jobs are refreshed at 6am and 2pm CST Monday-Saturday, and is the primary method vendors obtain work.
Jobs that qualify to be on the Picker:
Jobs that have been rejected by a vendor.
Jobs that have met automation time frames for non-acceptance or stale attempts. (Placement on Picker is immediate for these jobs)
Jobs not currently assigned to a vendor in need of attempts.
Once picking the job you will have to go through the acceptance process.
Log on the web portal by visiting www.ezmessenger.com. Not sure how to log in? Click HERE.
Available Jobs will be an option at the top of your home page in a light blue box
4. Once page loads, the map will zoom into your specific state that is set up on your profile. Available jobs will show as blue pins on the map. (If you need assistance in adjusting your zip coverage please click here.)
5. You can assign a job to yourself by clicking on the pin and then clicking "Assign to me". Note commission rate will be listed as well.
6. Once you click "Assign to me" you will receive a notification asking if you want to proceed, and your remaining capacity will also be listed. To proceed with assigning the job please click "Assign".
7. Once the job has been assigned you will receive a message that the assignment was successful.
8. You will receive a new assignment email for the job(s) assigned. You will accept and print the job as you normally would with a new job assigned to you.
