How to properly close out a posting in Az via the mobile app.

When posting Arizona documents it is important to specify where and how you posted the service documents. Below are instructions on how to clearly document those closures and what language needs to be on the affidavit of service. 

1. Where does the order state to post the documents?

Review field sheet comments and the order signed by the judge before posting the documents. Some orders will request to post on gates, garage doors, or front door of the residence. 

2. Accuracy of affidavit?
Make sure the affidavit is accurate. Some orders require certified mailing and or first class mailing to make the posting legitimate. Make sure the mailing language is accurate before signing. 

3. Photos?

A photo can be taken of the posting, but only if the vendor feels they are safe to do so, otherwise take the photo from the curbside.
